poor management and false promises
worked here for 3 months as a supervisor was told i would be fast tracked to management as am highly qualified. no management training, manager very rarely there left to and expected to run the restaurant which is fine, but you do not get paid extra or taught their methods. pay and the pay structure is the worst i have ever seen in my time in hospitality - more... which is 15 years.
Contracts are not full time though 30 contracts are not full time!!! and even less when you leave home and add your breaks in too.
