I work in shifts which is very convenient for me as I get time to organise my life. For example I don’t need a day off if I need to see a doctor. The time at work goes fast.
I think Zebra is already doing what they can in this regard. Some jobs do not suit everyone and either they stay because they don’t have a better option but they’re not happy and this will be seen in their behaviour, either they leave and someone who really enjoys their job will stay for a long time.
