Not good. They have only ever posted losses ever since starting up as a company several years ago. They had the biggest ever losses (over 100m) recently. The future does not look at all good despite what the company Directors say! Great potential for this firm to go bust in the near future I feel!!

Whether this is asked about yodel employees or agency staff I don't know but as agency staff myself I don't think yodel managers are to blame for anyone leaving but they could source a more competent agency and get rid of people solutions ...an agency that can run a large warehouse distribution centre with 100+ workers day/night staff

There isn't anything "challenging" within our roles I personally don't think its an easy job that you know what your doing and is a very straight forward with a bit of graft involved kind of job...the only "challenge" within yodel at Oldham distribution is being managed by an agency called people solutions who cannot run the agency and its staff who work for yodel they make our lives a misery!
