Play Worker (Former Employee) – Dorking – 15 August 2018
this job is very hard work. It is long hours (7) and you get a very short lunch break (20-30 mins). the staff are not all friendly to other staff and the management is poor. we are always understaffed in certain locations and the people in charge do not seem to care or worry about how the workers are going to have to deal with this. The job itself is hard because you have to take care of an individual who needs a lot of support. You feed them, toilet them, make sure they are clean. the pay is okay at £6 an hour however, for the work I did in each hour I would expect it to be £8-9 an hour minimum.
Helped out (Former Employee) – Slough, Berkshire – 15 July 2018
I worked in YMCA in which I experienced working long hours. Not only did I gain skills such as developing and producing tasks to keep kids busy, I also experienced working with different types of individuals especially kids in which some were very difficult to handle. Although my work experience was only a couple of days, I believe that unlike normal work experiences where individuals tend to gain a lot of confidence, I have developed intense cooperation, stamina and the ability to work and deal patiently with all sorts of individuals. I also took part in meeting to help young people with fitness. I believe that these skills will highly benefit me in any field of work.
Wrangler (Former Employee) – Michican – 13 July 2018
I loved this job although pros out weighed the cons! Location is beautiful and very fun place to work, fab people and animals! Lots of activities going on, a very diverse role as you are very involved in camp life!

it was a friday and they said i could teach a class because i am a fast learner and could manage it , i learned responsiblity, hard work and planning is always best. managment was kind and willing to give me a shot. the workplace culture was great and the hardest part of the job was planning the sessions where as the most enjoyable part was teaching the lessons

Domestic Assistant (Former Employee) – Great Yarmouth, Norfolk – 27 June 2018
I worked there for a few months in 2017. Job itself was hard work but good. 90% of the people were sadly not! Too much Political Correctness & Left-wing employees, many 'clients' destroyed the building, took illegal substances, had no respect & were totally nasty!
If you aired your opinion, you were ostracised for it! & any concerns fell on deaf ears. They just treat you like rubbish !
