LGV 1 Driver (Former Employee) –  BRISTOL, UK11 December 2018
Loaders in cold store not interested in safety. They simply move an item from one place to another, regardless of safety / security of that item, including when loading vehicles.
Management disinterested & always full of poor excuses.
Pros
Good hours.
Cons
Ridiculously low wages. 9.42 per hour for HGV1.

worst workplace ever
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Heywood, Greater Manchester22 September 2017
Filthy, unpleasant offices. Management is just a joke, they don't know what to do most of the time. The place is not very well managed or organised. Too much pressure on staff and short-staffed anyway on busy periods. No one ever takes responsibility for their mistakes but blame everyone instead. Avoid!!!

Nothing

Worst company I've worked for
Business Administration Apprentice (Former Employee) –  Newark, Nottinghamshire24 April 2017
I was employed by yearsleys to work at the Bilsthorpe depot as a Business administrator trainee. I left a very good job to work for the company. I was wrongfully dismissed on the spot after 6 weeks of working there for no reason. Their words were 'you're making too many mistakes'. I also didn't receive adequate training to continue in my role or even before I was dismissed no 1 weeks notice.

I wouldn't recommend working for this company at all, the management are poor, you get ignored, you're spoken to like you're an idiot. Stay clear if you want to feel valued, such a shame for a big company.

Freezing cold
Engineer (Former Employee) –  Bristol, Bristol16 January 2017
Heavy work in sub zero temperatures sometimes working high with poor lighting .the equipment is old and worn out and the company don't look like they are going to invest . Management treat you like you are a second class citizen well below their standards but in reality it is them who need to improve their tactics . Would definitely not ever work there again and would advise anyone to give them a wide berth

Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) –  Bilsthorpe10 November 2016
Poor management, they work on fear, high turn over of staff, low moral nobody is allowed to speak unless it's work related. Hard work yet no thought of the workers welfare, no water stations, no fresh air in the hot summer days. Their way or the highway.
Pros
Good people to work with
Cons
Poor management, big bro watching
