Depends which department you're joining. Sales normally starts with an assessment day and some training that you need to pass. Most other departments follow a more typical two or three stage interview process - maybe with a presentation or demo of your skills along the way. But like with most companies, if you're good at what you do and you give it your best, you'll do well.

That depends on the department - but normally it will involve at least two stages - an interview with the line manager, and then another potentially with the head of department. Sometimes you might have to work on a presentation or a brief assignment, but typically it will be structured similarly to any other interviews you've had before. It's all about getting to know you
