Where to begin? Probably the worst Salaries in the London region unless you are lucky enough to tupe across. Whilst there is good job security and the chance for career progression you'll be expected to perform several roles above and beyond your pay grade and generally for a length of time before achieving any career advancement and even then salary increases are generally non forthcoming.
Working at the heart of the customer, delivering the contracted service level agreements. Giving the customers that extra in helping them meet their objectives and targets. Managing superb people as teams and individuals to be their best and enjoy what they do. Getting stuck in and back to the floor if required, The full job cycle leading up to a month end process to produce the contract invoice. Taking the data to produce KPI's and results, forecast and outlook, Monitor, produce and input all data to reports to show full transparencies.
Wonderful environment to work in
A normal day would be spent visiting staff in their work locations within the Greater London area. Reviewing the performance and development needs. Liaising with customers and reviewing any concerns or additional tasks we could provide our customers to assist their needs. Management meetings to review progress or issues raised to a resolution. Providing management information and to manager for customer meeting. Less interesting elements, long periods of traveling. Rewarding, time spent with my teams reviewing progression, supporting their needs and positive feedback from clients.
