Please do not what get me wrong, being a engineer at Xerox is good but it was not for me. They train you well. You get a vehicle and they look after the vehicles well. Doing the work is all about numbers, no minimum is 3 a day maximum 5 or more. Trying to find the fault with the machine can be stressful and at the same time jobs are coming through on your phone which used to send me mad

You you get a vehicle with a petrol card with you can use for your own business also.
Cons
The parking have your own pocket a lot of times. job can be very stressful.

Great company to work for started at a jouniour at 18 years old. Always had a great support network especially from multiple offices in Scotland and constant ongoing growth and training internally and externally. Was regularly sent on fully paid for training courses including accommodation and transport only reason for leaving was relocated to Australia

The day commences with texts of customer call outs that needed to be addressed for the day. This was all handled by work controllers in the earlier days and various parts and tools made available for the job was excellent. All manuals for the various models of electronic office equipment (ie photocopiers, faxes and printers) were made available and you could relatively easily fault find in most cases using the comprehensive RAPS (repair analysis procedures).Once the given work had been addressed you could go home.

Well resourced company with a good bonus scheme

Some monotony with the same type of service day in and day out.
