Wren Kitchens
Wren is a very personable business where the customers are first priority. The environment created in the showroom is crucial to a happy team but if done right is a fun, yet highly driven place of work. It is not for the faint hearted and there is very little down time but this is rewarded with a great income if you are good at what you do.
Pros
Great salary for successful people
Cons
evenings and weekend are almost compulsory, it is a high pressured environment to work in.

High pressure = high rewards
Can be a demanding company to work for but rewards reflect that. Good chance of progression if you wish. Most enjoyable parts of the job include the fact that it's never the same day twice and meeting many different people face-to-face. The hardest part of the job can be dealing with customers who aren't 100% happy with the service they've received. Fantastic Head Office support network and streamlined systems to ensure you know who to speak to for any queries. Management will always support those who work to the best of their ability and decent holiday and pension structures.
Pros
Good pay, flexible hours, onging training, staff rewards and discount schemes through Perkbox
Cons
Demanding, can be long hours.
