Challenging and exciting place to work
Director of Careers and Higher Education (Current Employee) –  Turners Hill, West Sussex14 July 2018
It is great working with young people within an ambitious framework of academic aspiration and focus. It is particularly enjoyable working with committed colleagues, for whom nothing is too much trouble. This is a school where young people thrive and are able to pursue their interests in the classroom and in a huge array of extra-curricular activities. The sense of community and mutual support is very strong, founded in the the school's Benedictine faith and values.
Pros
Holidays are generous.
Cons
School on some Saturdays

Well organised and friendly working environment
Kitchen Staff (Former Employee) –  Crawley, West Sussex29 June 2018
A friendly work staff who mentor new staff quickly and patiently. The workplace culture remained calm and relatively stress free even during busy shifts and formal functions. This is mainly due to the good and clear organisation of staff and workloads, along with a kind and good-humoured staff. Another added bonus is the free, good quality meals provided either before or after service, dependent on the shifts you are working.
