Returns Administrator (Former Employee) - Burgess Hill, West Sussex - 27 September 2020

They offer minimum wage for silly working hours. Be very careful. I had 10 minutes interview on the phone and the guy game the job straight away offering me £8.73 an hour for nearly 40 hours week. A joke!! They just want to make profit and they don't care about the workers there.

Awful , awful , they employ when busy and then drop you like a hat when not needed.worst place I’ve ever worked do not do it. The staff all work against eachother and the pay is terrible.

disappointing

Full time dispatch assistant (Former Employee) - Burgess Hill, UK - 11 August 2019

picking and packing management was poor and unable to deal with staff in a professional manner good wage but never saw a full time employment as they tend to pick and choose who they employ on face value. staff unprofessional and didn't show respect to others or themselves
