Worked for Morrisons short time in planning team, horrible job long hours, you have to take laptop at home and the mobile phone so if anybody rings you need to log in to do deal with some issues, never mind that working hours is 7am to 4pm you have log in at home , you have to work weekends from home , providing trainings but not providing tools to do your job, nothing organised and ready , all the things you have to sort your self out, managers don’t do for you even if its their job because you new here. No support from managers what so ever, they to busy smoking going very often , sometimes you ask for something they just tell you ask somebody else to help you, and they rather will go for a smoke then help the team. Sometimes manager is very rude talking to you , just sometimes i was shocked how level 4 person so not proffessional at all. This team really need to change their manager if you want this team keep it together , thats the reason i left planning team because of manager

To much bullying by managers, especially night shift managers. Staff are made to feel inadequate and are expected to do their job without adequate training and support.

If you are not related or friends with anyone or management, whistle goodbye to any management job or if you need a change in your contract, that kind of stuff, everybody including department managers always sneaking out for cigarette around umpeentimes a day, selfscan staff always gossiping or on their phones and customers are left waiting and red lights flashing and they get away with it,checkout staff on phones too but nobody says nothing, selfscan staff always eating but no body says anything, and those that do work get punished by having more work added to them while lazy staff do nothing, don't ask anything from the HR useless does not know their job,the reason why they are still there is because they slept with a store manager, who has now been promoted and this store manager knew this HR manager was useless and did nothing but got what they wanted out of the HR manager freely and easily if you get my drift,Morrisons has too many management, too many job titles in head office,it's all about money now and their bonuses I see more stores closing fairly soon and a major restructure and more self scans(please have decent staff)and lots of job losses and I hope they lose their court cases so everybody gets a massive payout.
