Worked for Morrisons for 4 years initially was a nice place to work then they dismissed me last month for having a longterm medical condition the way I was treated was disgusting felt like I had stolen money from them! Have not been back in the store since great shame for them losing an experienced friendly member of their team. Personally I would not recommend anyone to work there run for the hills!

I got fired. I exposed illegal things that were going in within the company and management didn't like it. The one who fired me was involved in the questionable things.
Colleagues are mainly good, management are rubbish. There's no respect for staff, we was over worked and management do not care about you, all they care about is their pay check

Undervalued and treated unfairly. I worked there for just short of 3 years and I loved the job and everyone I worked with the senior managers were lovely and helped if you needed it, but he problem I had was with my manager. If you were not a favourite or theirs you were treated so poorly, through being shouted at and then having tantrums if you didn’t agree with them over something and ignoring you all day as well as being made to go for your lunch break 45 mins after you start your 9 hour shift! I only put up with it because I needed the money and the hours were convientant with my studies. I finally left when I had had enough of it when I went sick for 5 weeks because I broke my ankle. I had no help with my sick notes got nasty messages on Facebook and got rumours made against me. When I went back (earlier than I should have, when I got out of the wheelchair and on crutches) I got made fun of and given a disciplinary for my time off! I left the next day when I received another job offer and have never looked back. :)
