Worked for Morrisons short time in planning team, horrible job long hours, you have to take laptop at home and the mobile phone so if anybody rings you need to log in to do deal with some issues, never mind that working hours is 7am to 4pm you have log in at home , you have to work weekends from home , providing trainings but not providing tools to do your job, nothing organised and ready , all the things you have to sort your self out, managers don’t do for you even if its their job because you new here. No support from managers what so ever, they to busy smoking going very often , sometimes you ask for something they just tell you ask somebody else to help you, and they rather will go for a smoke then help the team. Sometimes manager is very rude talking to you , just sometimes i was shocked how level 4 person so not proffessional at all. This team really need to change their manager if you want this team keep it together , thats the reason i left planning team because of manager

Morrisons looks like a better company on the outside however when you work for them it's a different cattle of fish altogether.

Ashamed. They treat me terribly. Do NOT go to work for them if you suffer from mental health issues. Not considerate at all and don't care about the welfare of staff with these issues
