The worst I have ever known your put on a flexible shift pattern working different days and shifts every week with 24 hours notice if your lucky! You will have no social life and won't be able to plan anything

Answered - Manager (Current Employee) - Cardiff

Report answer

Terrible for managers. Because they are on a salary they are made to work any number of hours for no extra pay or time back. Pure exploitation. Shifts change at short notice, hours very unsociable and long.

They can change hours less than 24 hours notice, they change them to suit them and do not care about what you want.
