How does someone get hired at Wizard Staff Solutions? What are the steps along the way?
You read the recruitment selection criteria and they ask if you think your suitable give them a call. Then they call a bunch of candidates at a public area for interview which is very unprofessional as personal details are exchanged with another candidate hearing everything out.
Very laidback. More of them telling you what your day to day will be like and the correct behaviour. Mostly common sense, they do ask you what you would do in certain situations but if you don't know, you can learn.
