Due to short period timelines of project, we have planned to upgrade the three clusters of different regions in one weekend, which made me to work for 48 hours and successfully deployed with not production impact.

Good place to work
Senior Software Engineer (Former Employee) –  Swindon, Wiltshire9 November 2018
Very good work environment in the company. But opportunities are very limited for freshers. They give more importance to students who are joined under WASE/WISTA program than regular employees who joined as freshers to the company. Gives consistent recognition to employees. Every unit and subdivision got the best ways to recognize the talent.
Pros
good work life balance in most of the projects. WFH options are there for woman employees.
Cons
9 hours at office is mandatory. Pay is very less.

Good Solid Company
Global Head & Director (Former Employee) –  Reading, Berkshire5 November 2018
Enjoyed my 4,5 years with this Global Systems integrator - overall experience 5 star rating. However they were some times very indecisive in their management decision making and would not follow industry guidance that could have helped the organization achieve greater results. Internal departmental do not work well together -they would rather disagree to co-operate than look at serving the end client !!!

Horrendous place to work, poor management, poor staff, unrealistic expectations, no work/life balance as always training off-shore workers up in skills they will never master.
