It is a good company to work with challenging opportunities and scope for lot of career growth along with good work life balance. The management is quite supportive of the individuals career growth and encourages multiple certifications to be taken
Very good work environment in the company. But opportunities are very limited for freshers. They give more importance to students who are joined under WASE/WISTA program than regular employees who joined as freshers to the company. Gives consistent recognition to employees. Every unit and subdivision got the best ways to recognize the talent.
good work life balance in most of the projects. WFH options are there for woman employees.
Global Head & Director (Former Employee) – Reading, Berkshire – 5 November 2018
Enjoyed my 4,5 years with this Global Systems integrator - overall experience 5 star rating. However they were some times very indecisive in their management decision making and would not follow industry guidance that could have helped the organization achieve greater results. Internal departmental do not work well together -they would rather disagree to co-operate than look at serving the end client !!!
Great Workplace, Learning for ever and exciting opportunities

Good learning of different technologies. I could boost up the multi tasking skills of mine. Sometimes the working hours can extend a bit more and it may become stressful at times. But, we get good support from our managers and also appreciation which encourage us to be more productive.
