Very hard labour in the warehouse's poor salary constantly undermined by senior management very little incentive to stay employed they are not very understanding towards volunteers and staff and the hard work they do to keep this charity running.

Retrain senior management poor people skills reward the volunteers for all there hard work,
I volunteered within one of the hospices shops and they believed me to be an asset as they offered me a job within the hospice itself.
