Not paid for what you put up with

I have work for this company for a few years now part-time. It is an easy enough job to do; you can sit and relax with a cup of tea and chat with customers and staff. However, you soon realise that you don't get paid enough for what you put up with. If a customer loses, most likely they will take it out on you; I have been called every name under the sun. You also find that no matter how many extra hours you work, how friendly you are or how good you are at the job you are under appreciated by high members of staff. Overall, this is not a good company to work for. There is no good security procedures for this company, you are constantly criticised and they just simply don't care. Our security system was down for almost a month before they fixed it.
