Thorough but the staff made me feel really at ease.

You are to wear black trousers (NOT leggings or jeans) and black shoes, you will be provided with a tunic of colour dependant on your role.
In my home:
Light green= care assistant,
Dark green= team leader,
Purple= domestic/laundry

I work 12 hours shifts, I've worked in care before though so I'm used to the long hours. They can seem daunting at first but because your always busy it flies over. I know some staff do 6 hour shifts but I prefer the longer.
