They really should/could be better.
Well always felt like a company with great ambitions, hamstrung by amateur mentalities throughout the company. Money poured into departments who don't need it, and the stripping of resource and money from pharmacy branches who legitimately need as much help as they can get - being the actual backbone of the company. ProsGood pay, a whole hour for lunch, constant change means you're learning constantly.
ConsLittle management guidance, who you know/not what you know mentality, overworked and understaffed across all departments, no job security.
