What is the interview process like at WEBHELP?

9 answers

Long and arduous

Easy - standard stuff.

Very calm & collective

I think that the whole revision part for the phone interview is well worth it as it tests your knowledge within reason of the company itself or its historical past.

Fair, a telephone call then group interview and then individual interview, some role play involved

Group interview

Telephone interview
listening skills and data input trial

The interview process was quite in depth.

My interview process for Webhelp was better than I expected they gave me a group interview which meant I wasn't by myself and it gave me a chance to get to know people that I might potentially be working with, also it took a lot of the pressure off me going into the interview because you don't feel as much on the spot as you would do in a one-to-one interview.
