The most enjoyable part of the job
Getting to know the residents and spending time with them. Helping someone in need, making sure we meet their day-to-day needs. Providing a safe environment for the residents and making them feel at home.

rewarding work but poorly managed
The job can be very hard at times but very rewarding. Some nights you may only get half an hour break. You often feel invisible to others and unappreciated.
