The interview process was as expected. I was asked to do a practical test followed by answering questions from a panel of 3 people.

The most challenging part of my role was not work but having to interact with those who were upsetting me. I couldn't report this to anyone as this individual is a really high up senior manager.

Management have no consideration for those with illnesses that affect them daily and often discuss Sickness related matters in front of other colleagues/staff during work time.
