Waitrose pays the same basic rate to all of its partners regardless of age so a 16 year old will earn the same hourly rate as a 25 year old. (And so it should be, if they do the same job!) I believe the base rate starts at minimum wage or around £7.50, individual pay rate is reviewed yearly and may increase based on performance.
