Dress code is essential to get your interview off to to a good start. People make a judgement within the first three seconds of meeting someone new so make them count. How you present yourself at your interview will be the measure of how your future managers will judge you when you are successful and offered your dream job. How you present yourself in branch and how you look when in front of customers and pulling cages around your branch. For interview, tapered denims, tee shirt and a pair of sneakers is a smart casual look; a good firm hand shake, a genuine smile and good eye contact is the foundation to get your interview off to a confident start.
