I would suggest they stop the bullying, listen to both partners and agency staff and start treating people with respect. They need to realise that if they don't change, more people will leave and Waitrose's already bad reputation will get worse.

Leyland RDC is run by poor managers from top to bottom. Partners are treated with disrespect & constantly pressured to do more & more. Unrealistic targets are set & then this is used against Partners in their annual pay review. Too much stick ..... not enough carrot.

Turbo charge Modern Waitrose and have a management cull at all levels and save the Partnership at a stroke a heap of money on unnecessary costs. Disengage the Partnership from very weak and ineffective “leaders”. It would reduce the very high turnover in branch partners who are overworked and under appreciated and give partners a difficult decision to make on whether to stay or leave. However, a change is as a good as a rest.

Bin their favouritism project. Bin their nepotism project. Bin their Modern Waitrose project. Start by supporting their partners, rather than isolating them and relentlessly targeting them. Remove the hostile working environment that has become synonymous with Waitrose. Stop the witch hunts and the Wicker Man style of disciplineries. This may increase the morale.
