Overtime isn't a bonus, if you need a little money the shop runs so poorly by only recruiting what they need at that time ignoring people already leaving and people who need training so you're constantly down on hours, overtime is expected they shun you for not doing over time and praise people on less hours for constantly doing overtime
Plenty of overtime on offer - but it's at single rate at all times. You're also expected to work at least two Bank Holidays a year (again at single rate)
Why would you want overtime anyway. Why not get on with your life or spend your free time looking for another job instead.

Overtime was frequently available for those who wanted to earn extra money, and personally it was great for this. Managers would go out of their way to help you find the overtime you needed.
