Overtime isn't a bonus, if you need a little money the shop runs so poorly by only recruiting what they need at that time ignoring people already leaving and people who need training so you're constantly down on hours, overtime is expected they shun you for not doing over time and praise people on less hours for constantly doing overtime

Plenty of overtime on offer - but it's at single rate at all times. You're also expected to work at least two Bank Holidays a year (again at single rate)
