Poor company to work for.
Customer Service (Current Employee) –  Victoria, London, Greater London18 January 2018
Worked here for just under a year, not worth joining. The pay is 19k plus a bonus. 6 month probation period where you are judged on a poor survey called csat. Managers love favourites, and do no work. One of them has a poor level of English and has benefited from being very good ‘friends’ with a director.

Office is nice but it’s not enough to deal with the poor excuse for a website. The company advises it is a tech company but is one of the worst companies when it comes to technology.
Pros
Free fruit
Cons
Boring tedious job.

Customer Support Representative (Former Employee) –  Victoria13 October 2016
First of all the company uses Experian as its choice to check references so be aware if your not too happy for a credit ref agency having your emp details...

this job is highly underpaid compared to similar roles and the knowledge you require takes more than the three weeks training you get to do the job. The company gives free tea and coffee and cold drinks amongst a few other things to compensate for the 3-4000 extra that competitors pay for the same type of role.

managers correct your outgoing emails do not speak english as their first language and their written English is embarrassingly substandard.

You have 2 15 minute breaks and a half hr lunch break.. and your on the 25th floor.. if the lift doesn't break down (yes I dd say that) you have half hr to make it to pretty much M&S as thats about it... so unless you have a swiss bank acct or make food from home.. the wage is insufficient to buy M&S food..
Pros
plenty of free stuff
Cons
low wage and poor conditions

Offer assistance to any traveller that may have questions about properties are looking at booking or enquiring and direct them to the owner or property Manager
Redirecting owner to the appropriate department if there is a fraudulent activities or the owner is uncontactable

The hardest part of the job was dealing with the customer would have been victims of phishing using out site (when someone pretends to be or it selling a product that they do not have)

The enjoyable partof the job was helping customer and sending them away happy with the customer service they have recieved
