Vodafone as a whole are a great company to work for. Sadly the department that I worked for wasnt. Unless you were a man, you'd never fit in or progress...... Unless you were
'very' friendly with your boss!!!!
The interview process will all depend on what role you are coming in for and in which market. We have a variety of tools and methods available to use, the good news is they are all designed to give us the best opportunity for you to show us how great you are. If you want to find out more about the recruitment process check out our careers website where detail a typical interview process.
It's best to ask your recruiter when confirming your interview. Typically something smart but comfortable at the same time. Make sure your dress appropriately for the role you are being interviewed for.
Working hours will all depend on the role and country you are working within. The list of options would be far too long to post in here. We also have a lot of part time roles so even more options. It's always best to chat to your recruiter about the hours.
Ensure you research the company and culture thoroughly. Vodafone is a well known brand and sought after. So not being able to answer basic questions will mean you will fail the interview.
Sometimes short deadlines, and if you do get moved to another project you have very little time to get to grips with everything before jumping in to the deep end.
