Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) – Ashford, Kent – 4 February 2019
I worked at VJT for 6months & never finished before 1830, forced to do overtime or threatened to be sacked. Last tickets come out at 1700 takes an hour or so to complete last orders so impossible to finish at 1630. Warehouse staff are treated like slaves while office staff treated like gods. Major inequality problems within the company. Don't make same mistake I did & join VJT.
Excessive hours, treated like dirt, spoken to like trash.
packer / warehouse worker (Former Employee) – Ashford, ENG – 11 July 2013
Not a lot to say, hated this job every day I was there, Nothing enjoyable about this job in the slightest, More responsibility put on to people capable because others just aren't, no more money but more duties. Very unsociable hours expected to work Saturdays without question. Probably one of if not the worst job I have ever had. Used to be a builder / labourer and would never use vj technology or there products.
Having a job
Long Hours Rubbish Money Taxed to the hilt, Working all hours to earn a decent wage.
