My experience with them was interesting at the begining, being in a new country for the first time, I enjoyed learning their recipes to find out after that most of them were not originaly theirs. Team work gives it a big minus, usually by the ideea "not my job" .

working at vivat bacchus was an experience. I got the opportunity to work with alot of different peolple from various ethnic back grounds. the other benifit is the free staff food plus to have sundays off was good for a change.
