I thoroughly loved this job, it was a great first experience of a busy call centre. I learnt how to write emails, how to deliver good customer service and take constructive criticism. Unfortunately we were all made redundant.
I have never worked anywhere that looks after its staff so well. The people are absolutely fantastic, what virgins values are and how it treats members and staff is second to none.
Unfortunately with over 50 clubs closing in 2017, the company are doing a restructure and are unable to keep on any fix term contracts, and are downsizing the customer service agent teams.
