This depends on the role that you have applied for, for some of our roles, you will be invited to a group assessment day, for others this may be a face to face interview with the line manager for the role. You would then be progressed, if successful, to a 2nd face to face interview with the General Manager of the club you had applied for. Depending on the role, you may be required to demonstrate a practical session before we were able to offer you a role.
