Written by Care Support Worker (Former Employee) from St. Austell on 25 October 2018

I was often recognised and acknowlegded by my clientele hence whereby my work came as highly regarded although management and also staff of the higher regarded club who whereby had worked there some 10 years often were paid theirs. There was - more... acknowlegdment whereby my skills were underated, not often a team culture but a bullied environment. Some of us told we would not mount to anything and no access to going onto further dissaplinary teams hence whereby works upwards to concurrent tho ... - less
ProsLovely clientele hekd in high regards
