Commercial Administrator (Former Employee) –  Cannock16 May 2018
People were great but the role as commercial administrator is monotonous and the pay isn't great. If the role was more interesting and a little less tedious, that would have helped a great deal.
Pros
£2.50 for lunch
Cons
Monotonous

Some chance of progression but pay compared to similar roles in different companies is poor. There is some chance of overtime too which is good. A few site locations too.

Resoucer (Current Employee) –  Cannock16 March 2018
Veolia's employees are the people that make the world go round. They make sure that the cities, towns and villages that you live in are safe, clean and warm. They keep things running smoothly for people today, and for our kids tomorrow. It may not always be glamorous, but their work really matters

Very poor Management
HGV 2 Driver (Former Employee) –  Basildon, Essex27 February 2018
Currently the management are too focused on gaining new contracts then servicing the current ones. Customers are being ignored and drivers are being overworked.

The moral is extremely low and many drivers are seeking new jobs as it’s not and nice place to work.

Avoid at all costs as they will be all nice and fluffy to start with and then stab you in the back the next minute.

Managers are not fit for the job.
Pros
Free coffee machine
Cons
No communication with staff, poor management, Saturday and bank holiday working with no extra money
