Don’t believe a word they say to you
Firstly they told us we were paid for hours worked, only when we asked the company we had been same to we was told they was paying us for 8 hours a day regardless so first week got robbed of about 4 hours pay a day Secondly they like to tell you you have a great chance of the job going permanent and won’t tell you it’s only for a month, keep telling you it’s ongoing with great prospects, then one day they ring you and say don’t go in tomorrow and make up terrible excuses as to why, blaming you, one was we was driving at 90 Mph when told that wasn’t true as there was 2 people in van to verify this, then it was ok, actually because you caused problems in the warehouse, this being the same warehouse we wasn’t allowed into at any time If you need some money for a month or so go for it but don’t believe whatever they say and question your pay at all times

Upex group are great to support the staff on the ground. As a supervisor I was the person on the ground who is the go between hotel management and the agency while on shift.
