Make sure all lecturers within the built environment have industry experience and are teaching to RICS standard throughout the course. Some lecture content still has SMM7 and the old RIBA format. This does take credit away from lecturers that have vast industry experience and take the time to teach instead of relaying information off a powerpoint presentation with not enough industry knowledge behind them.

During term it's very energetic and fast-paced. Events, teaching and instruction all going on at once can make the days and weeks fly by. Generally quieter over summer.
