Busy environment with lots of different duties

My typical day at work consists of dealing with all visitors,customers and staff members within the university, issuing work tickets and replying to emails. Within my role as Estates Support Assistant we are responsible for issuing parking permits, contractor inductions and permits to work, post and closing of work orders.
We are constantly learning new ways and systems as they change and we deal with a various issues and visiotrs to the university.
We are a team of 10 and we all work well together to support the smooth running of the facilities helpdesk. I dont feel that the job is to difficult to understand and i have learn alot of different skills from technology to customer care.
would like full time.
