Normally the working hours from 9am to 3pm.However, if it just a easy day, it can be finish at 1pm. But, if it was a hectic day, they will expand the working hours until everything done. Usually, until 4pm or 5pm.
I learned a lot of things such as how to communicate and cooperate with each other properly. And how to clean the room at the standard level.
The management well manage about all the management stuff.
Everyday, we work with different team members, that is means my co workers are different every day.
The hardest part of the job is when a big group of guests checkout. There was a lot of works of the day with the big mess. And I am happy when me and my team manage to complete it timely.
Most enjoyable part is when we as a team able to work together and complete the works early than the schedule. So that, we have some time to socialize and get to know each other.
