Mostly it's enjoyable and I look forward to seeing who I'll be working with. But depending on the nature of the event, start times and the number of hours worked in relation to being able to get there sometimes make it seem not worth it. For example, a two hour shift from 8am to 10am when having to commute from outside of Hatfield on public transport.
