Senior Nursing Assistant (Current Employee) –  Bristol, Bristol13 July 2017
Great place to work, pay is good and there is always a lot of extra shifts to be had. I like the fact that when I walk out the door at the end of a shift, my time is my own. I'm not hounded to work and cover for sickness.
Pros
Good pay rates
Cons
Not a lot of opportunity to progress

Technician (Former Employee) –  Bristol16 June 2017
Very busy and stressful working environment. Not enough staff to do the job well and thoroughly. Poor staff facilities especially catering and parking. Lack of respect from senior managers with bullying in places and intimidation. Very dedicated clinical and support staff trying their best in a difficult environment.
Pros
Good colleagues and attitude generally
Cons
Too busy and understaffed

Superindendent Radiographer (Former Employee) –  Queens Building Bristol Royal Infirmary23 September 2016
The x-ray department has grown over 40 years, taking on more complex work as it becomes available. It is packed with Hi-tech equipment which the staff are all capable of using due to the training that is available to them.
The x-ray department also has a union with the University of the West of England. We regularly train student Radiographers to degree level.
Pros
Friendly department
Cons
long hours/ shifts/rotas
