I do not receive a weekly rotor. I receive phone calls from the office as late as 11:30pm at night telling me what clients i am covering the next day, i often start at 7am so i find this very unprofessional. However i enjoy the job itself , i get on very well with my clients. The clients often tell us story's about their lives when they were younger which can be very interesting to hear. I would like to continue in this line of work.
Each day would start with my 7am call going from home to home helping the elderly to do daily tasks I learned all about person-centred care and many more things management were very good. they were a bit in-organised but very helpful.
