What advice would you give the CEO of United Response about how to improve it?

Send managers on a course about essential and effective communication and the benefits to the organisation.

Review all the managers at service and area office level.
Get out there and speak to the front line staff.

They employ any tom dick and harry. And you can tell by the management they have. Cos they are absolutely usless the dont look after there staff ,alot of stuff that goes on is usually swept under the rug ,theres a manager in particular at the branch in mansfield who rather not deal with things that need dealing with just to make her life easier . I wudnt ever recommend working for UR as i have first hand experience the management are so bad theyhave no regard for their staff ,often they tend to put them selves first.

Sell up and invest in something other than care settings because there rubbish
