The IT service is a disgrace. Seems to work as and when it chooses not when it should. Logged in successfully this morning then this evening telling me my exact same details are invalid. This is the normal routine. Have no access to my wage slips. To contact them you also need access to the account so catch 22.
Other people complain about this so - more... it's not just me. Buck your ideas up. If I was offering a service this patchy as an employee I'd have been finished ages ago. - less
