About us
We'd like to tell you a bit about our company - if you'd be a good fit, then we'd love to hear from you.

Firstly, we really value every single member of staff and the amazing work they all do. Thanks to them, we have earned a reputation for providing the best care to our clients and we're proud to be leading the way in our approach - providing high

We believe everyone should be able to live life to the full, regardless of age or disability and our approach to care, centres on client happiness - helping those we care for stay independent for as long as possible.

Help us to be the best - As a vital member of our team, we positively encourage you to help us continue to improve delivery of the services we provide. And, as a team member, you are fully supported by our branch office staff, so there is always someone to contact for support and advice at any time - and a work-base for whenever you want to pop in.

Training and Development - We are committed to providing the best training for our staff, because it's essential for you to be totally confident in your ability to deliver the best standards of care possible. We set up our own Training Academy, UKG Lifeskills, to provide professional training programmes which go beyond the minimum industry requirements and are delivered face-to-face in a 'small group' environment.

We offer development opportunities and a genuine career path to senior level and management roles within our organisation.

Our Culture - We love what we do, take pride in our work and believe that a career in the Care profession, is one of the most rewarding you'll find. We have high standards and expect everyone to give their very best at all times, but we also strongly promote wellbeing in the workplace. We aim to foster a supportive, fun and productive working environment and we actively encourage collaboration and team working and hold regular social company events.

We're a family-run business, not part of a chain, with branches across Hampshire. We support clients with a range of services including: companionship, personal care - help with bathing/washing/dressing, continence care, prompting medication and meal preparation, dementia care, accompanying to appointments, shopping trips and social outings.

What are people saying about the leadership at UKG Care?

Natasha Waldron
Horrible company

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here. The atmosphere is awful, your pressured to work 24/7 and don’t get a Thankyou. If something doesn’t go the way the office want they make your life difficult . They send you all over. You pay to work because they don’t cover the fuel costs at all. They say it’s £9.25 but it’s half of that for a half hour client - more...
