And, as a team member, you are fully supported by our branch office staff, so there is always someone to contact for support and advice at any time - and a work-base for whenever you want to pop in.


Training and Development - We are committed to providing the best training for our staff, because it's essential for you to be totally confident in your ability to deliver the best standards of care possible. We set up our own Training Academy, UKG Lifeskills, to provide professional training programmes which go beyond the minimum industry requirements and are delivered face-to-face in a 'small group' environment.


We offer development opportunities and a genuine career path to senior level and management roles within our organisation.


Our Culture - We love what we do, take pride in our work and believe that a career in the Care profession, is one of the most rewarding you'll find. We have high standards and expect everyone to give their very best at all times, but we also strongly promote wellbeing in the workplace. We're a family-run business, not part of a chain, with branches across Hampshire. We support clients with a range of services including: companionship, personal care - help with bathing/washing/dressing, continence care, prompting medication and meal preparation, dementia care, accompanying to appointments, shopping trips and social outings.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here. The atmosphere is awful, your pressured to work 24/7 and don’t get a Thankyou. If something doesn’t go the way the office want they make your life difficult . They send you all over. You pay to work because they don’t cover the fuel costs at all. They say it’s £9.25 but it’s half of that for a half hour client - more...
