Good work colleagues
Babcock International - Driver (Former Employee) –  Devonport26 February 2016
A typical day at work was starting at 06.30 to 15.45, doing the bus service. I was trained to drive the lorries and coaches in-house. The line management were great, nothing was to much trouble. My co-workers were the best I worked with, and the get-togethers, showed how a tight knit bunch we were. The hardest part of the job was the routines, day in day out were the same, so it could be very tedious. The most enjoyable part of the job was the variety. No two jobs were the same.
Pros
Good pension, Internal Health Centre
Cons
Bad higher management
