Terrible, users, only employ drivers to eliminate another driver’s contract. They often pay a different driver for another drivers hard work. They don’t even respect their own policies.

long hours, no set finishing time, next to no good benefits of working there apart from job security. Good lads on the sort and drivers but management couldn't careless. Run was okay before change over 1st of October ruined it.

Owner Driver (Current Employee) –  Crawley2 November 2018
You are classed as your own boss but in real terms you are not. You are governed by how these guys want it. If you call in sick which can and will happen you are fined a fee dictated too by the depo management. They say is to cover costs but they use already tired drivers to do the work you couldn’t. It’s all take and no give from depo. You ask for help they say they will but they don’t. Especially if they want depo number one status. For them it’s not customer satisfaction it’s success for them. If you start to make more money then management they will reduce your stop rate. Even though the drivers work twice as much as managers do. It’s team work but employed side don’t give a hoot about self employed side. The drivers make everything that the management promise happen and we get run ragged for it. As the costs rise the income is reduced yet the company’s charge the customers more. The company has no outlay compared to the drivers.
Pros
Can make good money
Cons
Long long days. Delays in tipping trailers. No hep etc etc

Keep away!
Delivery Driver Multi Drop (Former Employee) –  Manchester, Greater Manchester8 September 2018
If you are looking for good work environment and helpful so this is not the place you are looking for!
Heavy stuff you have to carry and loading every morning,it’s between 10-50kg!
You have to get at the depot around 6am and you’ll be ready to go at 9am(if you know your job)!
No GPS providing, you should use your own google map to get your destinations!
Long hours, if you are lucky you can finish around 6pm! So can you imagine 12hours work for low income!!
Cons
Long hours-heavy parcels-Rubbish service trackers
