Job Security is second to none. Problem is work life balance is not part of their culture or mission. Promotion and Careers are prevalent throughout the company, but will rely on relocation and not of your choosing. The culture is built up from the history of the company, but tends to be stuck in the past and fallen a little bit behind the times and - more... that includes their top down micro management approach. - less
