To honest and open throughout the interview, to ask as many questions and concerns about the working conditions and environment, it is unlike any other job you may have done, so important to be a team player as well

Great - very thorough and well rounded - very progressive and well-designed. It's a shame that this best practice approach is not carried through consistently (or given senior management support consistently) from department to department within the Home Office.

Yes, although it does depend on where you apply for. Dover Juxtaposed is a mobile grade but that does mean you get to see a variety of jobs and places, ports and airports, do a lot if not all shifts abroad and have chances to work in many countries around the world. I have fellow team members serving in China, Bangladesh, South America and the Middle East & North Africa.
